  • On the occasion of the 2015 Green Week, stakeholders will discuss innovative instruments that can help protect nature (3-5 June, Brussels).
  • Latest news on the round of UN climate talks in Bonn where members are negotiating the text for the COP21 in Paris (1-11 June, Bonn).
  • EU ETS: following the publication of a survey by the International Emission Trading Association (IETA) showing that prices will double within a decade, Commission is due to propose further reforms before the summer break.
  • Launch of the Commission’s circular economy consultation: respondents have until 20 August to answer.
  • Greening of transport: on 18 June, during the EU Sustainable Energy Week, the Commission will kick off a debate on a 2030 climate and energy policy for the transport sector.
  • Also in June, an EU technical working group is due to decide on new air pollution rules for large combustion plants from 2020.
