German firm paid €127mn bribe for Greek tank sale: Report

German arms manufacturer Rheinmetall has admitted paying bribes worth €127 million to Greek officials to secure the sale of 353 Leopard-2 battle tanks, according to an of an out-of-court settlement seen by Kathimerini. Two Rheinmetall officials will appear before a Greek prosecutor this week over other military sales to Greece.
