In accordance with the Council Decision adopting the Council's Security Regulations (2001/264/EC) and the Council guidelines on security clearance of personnel (16012/1/04 REV 1), all delegates attending that item of the meeting must be in possession of valid national or EU security clearance up to the appropriate level CONFIDENTIEL UE / EU CONFIDENTIAL.

No admission to discussion of this item will be granted to delegates for whom the Security Office has no record of their clearances or who cannot present a valid personal security clearance certificate issued by their national authorities. It is therefore in your interest to ensure that your clearance has not expired.

In addition, delegations are requested to send the full name, date of birth and the sending institution of their delegate participating in the item classified CONFIDENTIEL UE / EU CONFIDENTIAL to the Council Secretariat, by Monday 4 May 2015 12h00, for the attention of the PSC Secretariat (secretariat.psc@consilium.europa.eu).
