Scotland independence vote narrows

An opinion poll out Monday suggests the gap between those backing Scotland's independence and those opposing it has narrowed to its lowest point, reports the Irish Times. The poll, conducted by the YouGov polling firm, says 47% of voters back independence while 53% do not.
