Bijeenkomst over stand van zaken richtlijnen inzake medische hulpmiddelen (en)

On September 26-27, during period of Presidency, Lithuania is organizing traditional 33rd meeting of Competent Authorities for Medical devices. At the meeting the European Union medical devices Directives’ problems, possible solutions and decisions on further action will be discussed.

The meeting is particularly relevant and important due to its relation to the proposals on the European Council’s and Parliament’s regulations on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices.

At the meetings around 60 representatives of European Union Member States and EFTA, of the European Commission will participate, also the candidate countries seeking to join the European Union.
