Conservative leader Erna Solberg is set to form a new coalition government in Norway after Jens Stoltenberg, Labour PM since 2005, admitted defeat in Monday's elections. The Labour party received most votes (30.9%) while 26.8% voted for the Conservatives and the anti-immigration Progress party came third with 16.3%.
