Roemeense leiders ruziën over veto EU-begroting (en)

Romanian President Traian Basescu and Prime Minister Victor Ponta were again sparring Tuesday over the country's policy in EU budget negotiations, with Ponta pressing for a veto "to defend the national interest." Basescu retorted: "Romania's interest is to negotiate, not to brandish the threat of using its veto right."
