Duitse politicus beklaagt zich over beslissing ECB (en)

German centre-right politician Peter Gauweiler has filed an urgent complaint before the German constitutional court concerning the ECB i's announcement that it would buy the bonds of troubled euro states. He wants the court to delay its crucial decision on the eurozone i bailout fund until it has considered the ECB move.
