Germany on Wednesday reiterated its opposition to raising the volume of the eurozone's bail-out funds, despite pressure from its EU partners and the IMF linking it to its contribution to the second Greek bail-out. "The position of the federal government has not changed," government spokesman Steffen Seibert said in Berlin.
