Rules of media presence at the Eastern Partnership Summit

Accreditations
Accreditations obtained by means of http://pl2011.eu/ website are valid for the Eastern Partnership Summit. The accreditation process has been completed, but there is a possibility of the so-called late accreditation and last minute accreditation.
The late accreditation will be available only until September 27, 2011.Inorder to obtain late accreditation one should:
-
-register in the accreditation system for meetings taking place during the Polish Presidency i https://media-accreditation.pl2011.eu. If the registration was made in advance, this stage should be omitted;
-
-upon successful registration (confirmed by an e-mail generated by the system) it is necessary to send an e-mail with the request for late accreditation to: media@pl2011.eu;
-
-upon receipt of an e-mail informing that the late accreditation option has been opened, one needs to return to the system and accredit to the Eastern Partnership Summit.
There is also a possibility of obtaining last minute accreditation at the accreditation centre
(al. J. Ch. Szucha 21, Lemkin Room, Warsaw). Due to the safety procedures, the process requires additional administrative activities and is very time-consuming (it may take up to 6 hours). Consequently, it is necessary to come to the accreditation centre early enough.
The accreditation centre will be open on September 28, 29 2011 between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and on September 30 2011 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
In order to obtain accreditation one needs to present:

-passport or ID;
-
-valid press ID or certificate from the editorial office.

Collection of accreditation
Accreditations for the Eastern Partnership Summit should be collected at the accreditation centre in Warsaw, which will be open on September 28-29 between
8:00 am and 10:00 pm and on September 30 between 8:00 and 6:00 pm at the seat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Warsaw, al. J. Ch. Szucha 21, Lemkin Room).
Notice! The press centre will be located at the Centre for Contemporary Art Zamek Ujazdowski, which is located 700 meters from the accreditation centre.
