Duitse advocaat daagt vertrekkend president ECB Trichet voor het Europees Hof (en)

Out-going European Central Bank (ECB) president Jean-Claude Trichet i is facing a battle in the EU Court of Justice in Luxembourg. According to Die Welt, Berliner business lawyer Markus C. Kerber is to challenge in court if the ECB's massive purchase of bonds in troubled euro-zone countries violates the EU treaties.
