Polish FM casts doubt on EU commissioner's visit

EU commissioner Frans Timmermans i has not notified the Polish authorities of his reported plan to visit Poland for a second time to discuss the constitutional crisis, according to foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski. He said no government meetings had been scheduled and there were no new developments for Timmermans to examine.
