Poland: EU migrant quota plan is 'dead'

The plan to distribute 160,000 migrants across the EU is "dead", Poland's deputy foreign minister Konrad Szymanski told Dziennik Gazeta Prawna newspaper on Thursday. He said he did not see EU countries implementing the decision on relocation.
