EU has lost 'magic power', says Serbian PM

The EU "has lost its magic power" for Balkan countries, Serbian prime minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday. "Yes we all want to join, but it is no longer the big dream it was in the past," he told a conference in London. Serbia's EU accession talks started in December.
