Austria to UK: 'No treaty changes'

"No [EU i] treaty changes," Austrian chancellor Faymann said in Brussels Friday in talks on a new EU-UK deal. Asked if Austria would lift its cap on asylum applications, Faymann said the EU would have taken in 2 million people if all EU countries welcomed as many, per capita, as Austria.
