Orban and Cameron in bilateral EU talks

A second round of bilateral consultations on a new EU-UK deal was called Friday morning by Council president Tusk and Commission president Juncker. Hungary's Orban and Britain's Cameron had arrived early, ahead of other EU leaders. Denmark's PM Loekke said differences remain on benefits and how they can be indexed.
