Eastern EU states draw red line on free movement

The Czech, Hungarian, Polish, and Slovak leaders said Thursday they won't bow to any UK demands for EU reforms "which would be discriminatory or limit free movement." They welcomed the EU's new focus on border security, saying "hotspots," where migrants are registered in Greece and Italy, should have "detention capacity."
