Dutch police using Dutch-registered vehicles in Szeged, Hungary, drove four Kosovars to court in handcuffs and unlaced shoes last week amid Budapest's legal crackdown on irregular migrants, Le Monde reports. The Dutch resources, seconded to EU border control agency Frontex, are supposed to be used on the Hungarian border only.
