EP postpones vote on electoral reform

The European Parliament postponed Wednesday, until November, a vote on electoral reform that would harmonise 2019 EP elections, in order to build a bigger majority. Sources say EP groups will further discuss the proposals, for obligatory electoral thresholds of between 3 and 5 percent in member states.
