Report: EU to suspend Belarus sanctions

EU ministers will, on Monday, suspend Belarus sanctions, including on president Lukashenko, if elections, this Sunday, held without crackdown on opposition, Reuters reports. It says blacklists to be suspended for four months from end of October, but kept under review. An EU arms ban is to stay in place.
