EU counter-propaganda event raises €2.5mn

A donors' conference, in Warsaw last week, for a Dutch-Polish project to launch a new "content factory" to counter Russian propaganda, raised a little over €2.5mn, organisers told EUobserver. The project needs €1mn-€3mn a year to get off the ground. A follow-up donors event is being planned in The Hague.
