Orban: Syria refugees are economic migrants

Hungary PM Orban told Germany's Bild the EU should pay Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey €3bn to keep Syria refugees in camps. He said EU-bound refugees aren't fleeing war because they're already safe: "They want a better life than in a camp. They want a German life, perhaps a Swedish life".
