Polish leaders at odds over EU migrant quotas

Polish president Duda told press in Krynica, Poland, he "disagrees" with EU refugee quotas being "imposed" on member states. Polish PM Kopacz, meanwhile, said Tuesday that Poland is "capable" of taking more than 2,000 people, but only if EU borders are secure and expulsions are enforced.
