Slovenia, Lithuania leave euro summit

Slovenia PM Cerar i has left the euro summit to host a visit by the Nato chief back home. He said there's just one issue left to agree and handed his vote to the Dutch PM, also a liberal leader. Lithuania leader Grybauskaite i also left, saying a deal is close.
