Every third Danish farmer close to bankruptcy

The number of bankrupted farmers in Denmark is at it highest in 22 years, reports Berlingske Business. Some 3,500 farmers are having the same problem as Greece, estimates Jesper Lyhne, director of the Agricultural Financing Bank. "They cannot immediately borrow more. It is also affecting the banks", he said.
