Sweden, Lithuania protest about Russian navy

Sweden and Lithuania have said Russian ships are trying to disrupt the laying of an electrical cable - Nordbalt - on the Baltic Sea bed designed to reduce Lithuania's energy dependence on Russia. "This is violation of international law", a Swedish diplomat told Delfi, a Lithuanian website, on Friday.
