Turkey recalls Vienna envoy after genocide statement

Turkey announced Wednesday it would recall its ambassador to Austria, after the Austrian parliament used the word genocide to describe the mass killings of Armenians in the First World War. A commemoration of the victims will be held Friday, 100 years after the killings started.
