Kosovo picks new PM

Isa Mustafa, Kosovo's new PM, has promised to fight organised crime after taking up his post following six months of coalition talks. The former PM, Hashim Thaci, is to be foreign minister. The EU urged them to pass laws to set up a new international court on Kosovo war crimes.
