Hungary on Tuesday signed three contracts with Russian firm Atomenergoprom to construct new reactors at its nuclear power plant, reports AP. Construction is set to start in 2018. Russia's state-owned nuclear company Rosatom runs Atomenergoprom. Critics, such as the US, say it makes Hungary's energy supply more dependent on Russia.
