EU names French law professor on Kosovo probe

The EU foreign service has appointed Jean Paul Jacque, a French former EU official who now teaches law at university, to look into allegations of corruption at Eulex, the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo. He is to file his report, expected to be made public, in four months.
