Today, the President of the Council Matteo Renzi presents the programme of the six-month Italian presidency of the EU Council. During the plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, at 3 P.M., the Prime Minister outlines the objectives and priorities of the Italian presidency. The opening of the plenary session will mark the official start of the 12th Italian presidency.
