Merkel says 'no drama' if Juncker vote not unanimous

German chancellor Angela Merkel i Wednesday said it would be "no drama" if European Commission president-hopeful Jean-Claude Juncker i was only backed by a qualified majority of EU leaders when his candidacy comes up for discussion at a summit beginning Thursday.
