Bulgarian judges charged with embezzlement

Prosecutors in Bulgaria on Monday accused two top Bulgarian judges of embezzling European Union funds, reports AFP. Petar Petkov and his predecessor Veselin Pengezov allegedly misused EU money for a new €350,000 administrative system in their court. The two are also accused of abuse of power.
