Informele bijeenkomst over betere coördinatie EU-fondsen (en)

The 34th conference of Directors of EU Paying Agencies will be held in Vilnius on 23-25 October. The conference is traditionally organized by the Presidency and gathers the heads of EU paying agencies, representatives of the European Commission, the European Court of Auditors i, EU candidate countries, other officials.

The conference is the main tool promoting cooperation among the paying agencies in order to maximise the use of the support funds. More than 120 delegates are expected to attend the Informal meeting and to discuss current issues which are of interest to EU paying agencies.

The participants will discuss questions related to EU support for agriculture and rural development, Common Agricultural Policy reform implementation, effective HR management and tools of competence development, the preparation for the new financial outlook 2014-2020 and share experiences in support management. The delegates will discuss the most important issues in separate workshops.

Traditionally the conclusions drawn during the conference are presented at the EU Council of Agriculture and Fisheries.
