Bulgarian foreign minister Kristian Vigenin i said Wednesday that his country still hopes to join the border-free Schengen area despite a row with France over Roma migrants. "If the citizens of Roma origin pose problems, this is something that should be resolved in cooperation between the authorities," Vigenin said.
