Former Romanian MEP Adrian Severin i will stand trial for corruption after he allegedly accepted bribes in exchange for tabling amendments, reports AFP. Severin said, in a set up by Sunday Times, that he would table the amendments in favour of their fictional company for an annual €100,000 fee.
