Croatia backed down from its first EU row Wednesday, agreeing to fully apply the bloc's rules on extradition. The move comes after Brussels threatened Zagreb with sanctions two months after Croatia became the EU's 28th member. Croatia had adopted legislation exempting crimes committed before 2002 from the European Arrest Warrant.
