Serviërs in Noord-Kosovo beginnen eigen parlement (en)

Ethnic Serbs in north Kosovo have created their own parliament in an act of defiance against an EU-brokered deal for Belgrade to let Pristina take control of the breakaway territory. A Kosovo Serb spokesman, Marko Jaksic, told AFP the move is designed to "defend us from the Brussels agreement."
