Füle: rechtsstaat Oekraïne gaat achteruit (en)

Neighbourhood commissioner Stefan Füle on Wednesday said Moldova, Georgia and Armenia performed best last year in terms of reform, while democratic standards in Ukraine "deteriorated." He added that Egypt risks losing a promised €5bn in aid over the next two years unless it "delivers" on better political conditions.
