Serb PM Ivica Dacic Monday urged hardliners to accept Serbia's lack of control over former province Kosovo. “We must take into consideration the reality in Kosovo. Serbia’s sovereignty [there] is almost non-existent," he told parliament, reports The Irish Times. He added it was time to prioritise EU membership instead.
