Servië en Kosovo erkennen elkaars universiteitsdiploma's (en)

Serbia and Kosovo returned to the negotiating table Monday and recognised each other's university diplomas, after a four month-long deadlock and violent clashes in the region. Belgrade does not recognise Kosovo's independence, but talks are essential for its EU bid.
