British, Swedish and Danish agriculture ministers met in Stockholm on Wednesday to discuss reforms to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) so as to make it less reliant on EU and national subsidies. France, Poland and other eastern states insist that CAP funding remains high in the upcoming seven-year EU budget.
