The UN security council on Tuesday is set to hear from its chief Ban Ki Moon i about northern Kosovo, where clashes between Serbs and Kosovo police escalated last month, killing one. Russia has prepared a draft on Serbia's behalf slamming Pristina for having provoked the tensions, the BBC reports.
