Following up on the Sunday summit in Sharm el-Sheikh and the subsequent meeting in Israel, the Czech Presidency of the EU Council calls two meetings in Brussels this week to address the situation in the Middle East.
On Wednesday 21 January the Presidency will organise a dinner for the EU 27 plus Israel and on Sunday 25 January it will host a dinner for the EU 27 plus Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and the Palestinian National Authority. Both meetings will take place at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs. The schedule of related press conferences will be announced in due time.
