Polen: EU te langzaam in opzetten missie (en)

Polish foreign minister Sikorski said EU structures work too slowly to have helped France stop a sudden rebel advance on Bamako, showing the need for "enhanced co-operation" on defence. He compared the EU to the Vatican bureaucracy and pledged 20 Polish soldiers for an EU military training mission in Mali.
